As of May of 2016, our ARC PE Group company (ARCPE2 LLC) has been registered; as a Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI); to trade in specified Indian Securities
We’re in the process of applying for an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) license, through the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Through our Investment Platform we’ve made selective equity investments in attractive turn around opportunities
Through our Bank alliance, and an SPV, our platform is working to acquire controlling interests in infrastructure projects through debt offerings
