From servicing rights valuation and trading at Lehman Brothers; trading mortgage assets at Morgan Stanley’s loan origination desk; to securitizing over $10 billion dollars of mortgage backed assets annually. David brings his unique expertise at analyzing, buying and selling investment opportunities. Morgan Stanley the platform was recognized as one of the top three mortgage conduits in the country during his tenure.
