Don Downey is a Vice President on ARC’s whole loan trading and acquisition team, bringing over a decade of experience in the industry. He has priced over $2 billion in loans across the full credit spectrum, with a focus on non-performing loan (NPL) notes. In addition, Mr. Downey heads ARC’s Stretch Program for construction and bridge loans and plays a key role in driving the firm’s overall operations and strategic direction.
