on Downey joined ARC in 2016 and is a Vice President in the firm's whole loan trading and acquisition team. Mr. Downey has priced over $2 billion in loans across all performance spectrums specializing in NPL notes. Recently, Mr. Downey has led ARC's Stretch Program for construction and bridge loans.
